• Partial Refund: May apply for cancellations made within 72 hours, depending on the extent of preparations or services already rendered.
• No Refund: Provided for services that have already been delivered or for custom/personalized cultural experiences.

In case of returns or shipping related to event materials, the customer bears the return or cancellation costs unless the event is canceled by us.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising in connection with our services will be handled exclusively in the courts of Switzerland.
